My ancestors settled in this part of West Texas right after the civil war.  Over the course of many years, we have built

Lazy Leven Ranch into what it is today.

 

I have both an undergraduate and Masters' degree from Texas Tech University and have extensive training in the field of engineering and business, but as a fourth generation owner I am trying to maintain the basic principles that our ranch was founded upon over 140 years ago.

 

I am currently focussed on raising only Registered Angus Cattle.  All cattle sales and transactions can be accompanied with pedigree's from the American Angus Association if desired.

  

I have not yet reached the number of cattle that I ultimately intend to run here on the ranch, but I expect to reach capacity in the next 5 years (by 2015.)
